2. What data we collect
- Through the contact form: name, phone number, email address, selected service and the content of your message.
- Through the job application form: name, phone number, email address, desired position, the introduction you write and any CV you attach.
- When you contact us directly (phone, email): your contact details and the content of the communication.
- Technical data: the web server records your IP address, browser type and time of visit as standard. These are used only to keep the website secure and to resolve faults.
3. What we use the data for
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- to conclude and perform a contract and to agree on the work;
- to process job applications;
- to meet our legal obligations (e.g. accounting);
- to ensure the security and operation of the website.
The legal basis for processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f)). The basis for using non-essential cookies is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
When you apply for a job, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and to take steps prior to entering into an employment contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
We do not use your data for direct marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share data with
Your data may only be accessed by service providers who help us provide our services and who process the data on our instructions:
- our web hosting and email service provider;
- our accounting service provider (data related to contracts and invoicing).
We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law. Data is processed within the European Union.
5. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 1 year.
- Job applications and CVs: up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Contract-related data: for the duration of the contract and afterwards until possible claims expire.
- Accounting documents: 7 years, as required by the Accounting Act.
6. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and to remember your cookie choice. We use other cookies only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon in the corner of the page.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- receive information about what data we process about you;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request the deletion of your data if we no longer have a basis to keep it;
- request restriction of processing or object to processing;
